Digital Creative/Senior-Associate Creative Director

Duties & Responsibilities
-Ignite and lead juniors who are under supervision in ideation.
-Evaluate and sharpen team members’ creative ideas.
-Crystallise the creative idea into a workable idea and manage team to ensure it is delivered.
-Lead in create and implement creative ideas, contents for digital campaign material e.g. internet film, social media ads, banners and etc. to create buzz and brand engagement.
-Work closely with internal team to lead creative ideas/contents/copy for digital campaign or digital material e.g. Internet film, banner, social media ads, etc. to meet the client’s setting goals and strategy.
-Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly.

-University Degree in Communication, Journalism or a related subject area.
-3-5 years of working experience in copy writing/art director. At least 1 year experience is preferable.
-Good managerial and leadership skill.
-Strong in creative thinking and idea conceptualize.
-Experienced with ideation and implement digital campaign is preferable.
-Demonstrate exceptional communications skills: writing, editing, interpersonal, presentation.
-Deep understanding in human insight and able to turn its to an outstanding idea.
-Passionate make-it-happen attitude in creating and implementing creative/innovation ideas.
-Well understand digital ads types and able to spin creative idea for different digital ads types.
-Open mind about changes and able to keep up with fast changing environment in digital landscape.
-Digital Native, technology enthusiasm, work with passions, positive thinking, well team player.
-Good managerial and leadership skill.
-Well-organized, punctual, good service mind and pleasant personality.
-Passionate and opened mind to learn new things.
-Able to manage junior team members and work well under pressure environment.
-Good command Thai and English.
